Simon Napoli
Managing Director & CEO
Simon is the Managing Director & CEO with over 20 years experience in the property industry. Simon is the co-founder of EDG Capital Limited. Having held senior roles at Lend Lease Corporation and Queensland Investment Corporation, Simon has extensive experience with large property corporations. At Lend Lease and Queensland Investment Corporation, Simon was involved with the development of 5 of the top 10 shopping centres in Australia. Simon is also a former director and co-founder of Pamada Group who undertook the acquisition and development of Australia’s foremost residential building, The Residence Hyde Park, with over $340M worth of apartments at a $4M average price point. Simon also spent 2 years consulting for two large scale property developments in Abu Dhabi. With extensive experience in Retail, Commercial and Residential projects, Simon combines his strong finance base with practical property expertise and experience.
Simon has successfully overseen more than $1bn of residential development in Australia. Simon has sat on the Property Advisory Board for the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney for the past 3 years and has sat on the Property Advisory Board for the Catholic Diocese of Parramatta for the past 6 years.
Simon’s function in each project at EDG Capital Limited is the assessment of development opportunities, structuring, master planning, acquisition, debt structuring and then overseeing each project until completion.
Graeme Webb
Chairman
Graeme has well over 40 years experience in the property industry. Graeme’s core focus is property development and building and construction. Graeme previously owned a very successful, large construction company Webb Bros, in operation for over 89 years with over 350 employees, with a specific focus on design and construct projects in all property sectors including retail, commercial, industrial, healthcare and residential.
Graeme has also undertaken several hundred million dollars worth of his own developments, including personally undertaking over $250M worth of projects in Parramatta and Sydney’s North West Sector. His knowledge and experience has seen him in various directorships of publicly listed companies (acting as Chairman of several) in industries as diverse as Plastics Manufacture, Merchant Banking, Aluminium Fabrication, Glazing and Glass Toughening and Property Development.

Daryna Sarana
Assistant Development Manager
Daryna completed a Master of Business in Finance and has experience working in the property development industry. Daryna undertakes a range of tasks within the company in project management, marketing and accounts. Prior to joining EDG Capital, Daryna worked for the Rose Property Group.
