Our Story

EDG Capital Limited is an Australian Public Company (unlisted) operating as a boutique, fully integrated property group. With an ongoing focus on opportunistic acquisitions and value add transactions, EDG Capital has been well placed in recent years with many key acquisitions and projects.

EDG Capital deals with a wide range of Australian Institutional and Private Investors as well as various international investors and Joint Venture Partners and is currently involved in over $800 Million of residential and mixed use development in Australia.

The groups’ ongoing success can be attributed to its experienced and highly motivated team, with diverse experience across all facets of property investment and property development.

EDG Capital recognises its responsibility to its investors and joint venture partners requires balance for a sustainable future. This is a key element of decisions within the group. EDG Capital recognises the importance of making a difference to its people, customers, the environment and the communities it operates in.

History

Formerly known as Edge Property Group Pty Limited and established in 2002, Edge Property Group has now capitalised on its success and merged with several private and very successful project development groups to become the expanded EDG Capital Limited.

Its directors have a combined experience of over 100 years in various facets of property development, funds management, low to high density construction, commercial finance, real-estate marketing and sales and development management.
